How does the order fulfillment process work?

1. We accept the goods
The goods arrive at the warehouse directly from the suppliers. We will notify you if the stock needs replenishment.
2. Storing the goods
We check that everything is in order and the quantities match. We sort and store.
3. Integrate with your online store
Orders from your online store arrive at our warehouse platform automatically
4. Order assembly
Upon receipt of order confirmation, we will assemble and pack the order according to your instructions.
5. Order shipping
We ship the goods with the suppliers of your choice. Same-day delivery capability.
6. Handle returns
If the customer decides to return the item, you can leave that to Fulfilly as well.

Fulfilly uses the Ongoing WMS system, which is the most widely used cloud service in Northern Europe. Thanks to the powerful software, it is possible to interface both sales channels and create various interfaces with companies providing transport.

Yes, First In First Out is initially set, but it is possible to switch to, for example, expire date or both.
We help set up appropriate email notifications in the client's environment. For example, a notification will be sent 60 days before expiration, or when the quantity of the most popular product is below a certain quantity, etc.
